On Wednesday 14 November 2018, American professor Donald Sinnema (Michigan) will give a lecture in the Grote Kerk entitled ‘A virtual tour of the Synod of Dordt’.
Sinnema will give a lively performance about the history of the Synod in a unique and characteristic way. A wonderful opportunity to learn more about this unique church meeting with impact on today’s world in a loose, accessible and humorous way. The program takes about an hour.
The organization is in the hands of the Reformatie Instituut Dordrecht (RID). The lecture is part of the municipal commemoration programme ‘Ode to the Synod’.
